Beginner classes - 1 hour

​

Emphasis on developing strength and flexibility to do basic gymnastics.  Skills such as handstands, cartwheels, forward and backward rolls are taught.  Supports, pullovers and casting on bars. Confidence on beam – levers, turns, jumps, kicks and vaulting basics. Development of shapes, bridges and flexibility are emphasized in a relaxed fun environment with some tramp and pit time.  Classes will end with a little extra conditioning.

Beginner 1 and 2 Classes - 1 hour

​

Basic fundamentals have been achieved.  Gymnasts will work on round offs, walk overs, and handsprings while starting to move basic skills to beam. Pullovers, back hip-circles, under-swings are covered on bars and levers, handstands and cartwheels on beam.  Skills are based on ability and progress of gymnast. Class will will work on strength and flexibility.

Intermediate - 1 or 1.5 hours
